  Shocking! If you want decent care from start to finish, go elsewhere!!!! My Mum has saved for a long time to get her eyelids lifted and was very nervous about the whole thing. We both booked an afternoon off work to make the journey from Stockport to Liverpool for her appointment, which took over an hour. We got there and filled the relevant forms out and then waited. We asked numerous times how long the doctor would be as we didn't want to spend hours in traffic getting home, being told they didn't know how long he would be, but that the last patient had finished their appointment. We had waited an hour when a lady/coordinator came to take us through. She knocked on the surgeons door and with us stood in front of him he said "I've got emails to do". We were taken back to the waiting area, which resembled an Indian takeaway and left to wait again. My Mum had had enough by this point and decided to leave. We were taken into another Coordinaters office and she proceeded to slag off the surgeon for how he treats people, but tried to back that up by saying "he's a great surgeon, he's Italian though and is very abrupt". I have had private surgery myself and was treated like royalty from start to finish. This was a disgrace before it had even begun. We were followed to the car park by the manager who asked if we would come back again on Sunday! Absolutely dreadful service and extremely insulting to be ushered away by the surgeon for 'emails' after waiting an hour for him and then expected to drive for a further two hours to do it all over again!!!
